Shipping Update For Canada

We’re shipping as usual during the Canada Post strike! Orders will be delivered via alternate providers.

Tariff-Free Shopping

We are proud to offer tariff-free shopping within Canada and the United States. There are no tariffs, no duties, or import fees for deliveries within these regions.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Shipping Within Canada

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days on average.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free tracked shipping.

  • Flat Rate: $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $75.

Please note that during the Holiday Season (Christmas and New Year), shipping times may be extended by 5–10 business days due to high carrier volume. During long weekends, delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Within the United States

  • Delivery Time: 4–7 business days on average.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free tracked shipping.

  • Flat Rate: $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $100.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 10–15 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard international shipping.

  • Flat Rate: $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $100.

Please note that for international orders, any duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by the destination country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered, rejected, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Customers are responsible for any re-shipment fees associated with rejected or undelivered packages.
