SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you offer free shipping ?

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD and U.S. orders over $100 USD. For all other international destinations, enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 USD. To qualify, your order total must meet the minimum threshold before tax and after any discounts are applied.

How long will it take for me to receive my order ?

Shipping times are typically 2-5 business days for Canada and 4-7 business days for the US. For international orders, please allow 4-6 weeks or more for delivery. These shipping times are not inclusive of our processing time, which is typically 1-3 business days.

Please note that shipping estimates are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Sometimes there are delays in transit that are unfortunately, out of our control. Your tracking will always have the most up to date information!

Do you ship to P.O Boxes ?

At this time AUROMEO does not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure your Shipping Address does not include a PO Box, or your order will be rejected.

Duties & Taxes

Tariff-Free Shopping Enjoy tariff-free shopping within Canada and the USA with no extra duties or import fees. For international orders, any applicable duties or taxes are determined by the destination country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order ?

All AUROMEO packages are shipped with tracked shipping. You will receive the tracking number at the email address provided during checkout, once your package ships. Please check your Junk folder if you have trouble finding the shipping confirmation.

Can I cancel / change my order ?

Once your order is placed, we can no longer change/cancel/adjust your order. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for  lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incorrect (or incomplete) addresses or uncollected packages, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to deliver the package to the correct address.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order ?

First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to hello@auromeo.com. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help resolve this for you!

Lost Packages

Kindly note that once the courier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is delayed, lost or stolen.

We offer package protection at checkout for a small fee to protect your order against theft, loss and damage. If you purchased package protection and experience any of the issues above, please email us at hello@auromeo.com with your order number to begin your claim.

Please note that if you opt-out of our shipping protection, you will not be covered and we will be unable to issue any replacements/refunds for your order, should it be lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any return requests submitted after this period. Please note that Auromeo does not cover return shipping costs or provide return shipping labels.

Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive an email with the status of your application and instructions for the next steps.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. They are not eligible for refunds.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 15 business days after your return has been reviewed and approved. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping fees.

Warranties

What does the Lifetime Color Warranty cover?

We proudly offer a Lifetime Color Warranty on all of our stainless steel jewelry with PVD coating. This warranty covers genuine discoloration or fading that occurs as a result of the PVD coating wearing off under normal use.

If your jewelry experiences a color change not caused by misuse, our team will review your claim and, if approved, will honor the warranty to ensure you are fully taken care of.

All claims are carefully assessed. If the issue is found to be unrelated to the coating or shows signs of misuse, the warranty will not apply. In cases where repeated claims are made without valid reason, we reserve the right to decline future warranty requests from that customer.

What is not covered by the Lifetime Color Warranty?

While we guarantee that the PVD coating will not fade or wear off on its own, the warranty does not cover damage caused by daily wear or improper use. This includes scratches, scuffs, or marks from normal wear and tear, as well as any damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Breakage, accidental damage, or lost items are not covered under this warranty. Some gold-toned pieces may naturally deepen slightly in tone over time, which is a normal aging process and not considered discoloration.

In addition, due to the nature of manufacturing, small hidden areas—such as the insides of chain links—may not be fully coated. This is a normal part of the process and is not considered a defect.

Breakage Warranty

At Auromeo, we offer a 1-year warranty on all pieces, effective from the date of delivery.

If your item breaks, arrives damaged, or is found to be faulty, we’re happy to send a replacement. To start a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

Once the damage is verified and falls within our warranty terms, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Please note that this warranty only applies to items reported within 1-year of the delivery date. Damage reported after this period is not eligible for repair or replacement.

Items purchased from our “sale” section are covered by this warranty but are only eligible for store credit.

Please note that lost or misplaced items are not covered under this policy.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic and nickel-free?

Our jewelry is designed to be hypoallergenic, crafted from medical-grade stainless steel. While stainless steel can contain trace amounts of nickel, we understand this may be a concern for those with severe nickel allergies. To provide extra protection, our gold plating is 20 times thicker than standard, creating a strong barrier between the stainless steel and your skin.

How is your jewelry waterproof?

Each piece is crafted using an advanced gold plating technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). This eco-friendly process applies a vacuum coating that produces a finish twenty times thicker and more durable than traditional gold plating.

Whether you’re in the shower, at the pool, hitting the gym, or enjoying the beach, you can wear our jewelry with confidence—knowing it will maintain its shine and resist tarnishing.

What material is your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is crafted from medical-grade surgical steel and coated with multiple layers of real gold using PVD technology. This combination makes our pieces waterproof and highly resistant to rust.

How should I clean and take care of my Auromeo jewelry?

Auromeo jewelry is water and sweat resistant—feel free to wear it while swimming or showering. It’s safe to use with lotions, sunscreen, and perfume. For best longevity, remove before intense physical activity or sleeping to avoid scratches and breakage. Store in a cool, dry place and clean gently with a soft cloth.
