We want you to love your Auromeo jewels as much as we do and shop with complete confidence! We stand by the quality of our products and are thrilled to offer a Lifetime Color Warranty on all our waterproof and tarnish-free jewelry.

Our Lifetime Color Warranty covers anything we state won’t happen to your AUROMEO jewels.

-Green marks on your fingers? Straight refund.

-Starting to see tarnishing on your item? We'll replace with the same or comparable model. 

-Please contact us at hello@auromeo.com with a video and description of the discolored item along with your order number and we'll get that processed for you ASAP.

With proper care, your Auromeo jewels will stay beautiful for many years to come! However, since the jewelry isn’t fully solid gold, it may lose some of its shine due to regular wear over time.

Our Lifetime Color Warranty covers visible tarnishing, rust, and color fading for all waterproof items purchased on or after March 20th, 2025. 

Items not covered under the Warranty Program:

• Belts
• Hair Accessories
• The Love Story Collection Items
• Clearance items
  

For items purchased before March 20th, 2025, they are covered under our 2-year warranty program. 

Please Note: 

●The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty replacement.

●Color fading due to scratches is not covered under warranty. Any replacement items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

●We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse, improper use and storage or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.

●We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
