Our Two-Year Color Warranty covers anything we state won’t happen to your AUROMEO jewels.
-Green marks on your fingers? Straight refund.
-Starting to see tarnishing on your item? We'll replace with the same or comparable model.
Please contact us at hello@auromeo.com with a photo and description of the discoloured item along with your order number and we'll get that processed for you ASAP.

Please Note:
* The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty replacement.
* We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse ,improper use and storage or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.
* We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
