RETURN POLICY
We pride ourselves in offering some of the best jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. AUROMEO gladly accepts returns or exchanges on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 30 days from the day the shipment is delivered.
Returns post marked within 30 days of original delivery date. Any claims made after this time frame will not be accepted. AUROMEO does not reimburse the cost of shipping for returns, or provide Return shipment labels.
Kindly be aware that in order to qualify for a full refund, all items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed, damage free condition, including the packaging. We are unable to accept items that have been worn or altered. It is important to ensure that the products are in a re-sellable state to be eligible for a complete refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@auromeo.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes earrings and hair accessories due to health and safety reasons for hygiene purposes.
AUROMEO reserves the right to deny the return of any product that is worn/used or damaged as a result.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
